No unfortunately not --- 2 years back the area got hit by an ice storm. I lost power in the middle of the winter for 48 hours. Wiped the tank out entirely. A very sad day for sure and the electric company kept saying just another couple of hours. It would have survived the first 24 or maybe even 36 hours but that second night did it in.
